Oxley Global Limited (formally known as Oxley Holdings Limited) has a 30% interest in the issued shares of Cambridge Real Estate Investment Management Limited. International Mezzanine Funds Group Limited is a company wholly owned by Michael Dwyer which holds 18.3% of the issued shares in Oxley Global Limited. Accordingly Michael Dwyer has an interest of 4.39% in the issued shares of CITM. Michael Dwyer is accordingly deemed to be interested in the 9,232,104 units held by CITM prior to its transfer of units to its employees. |
