VCA Enterprise Limited, a company wholly owned by Victor Ong Wei Tak, holds 24.38% in Oxley Holdings Limited.

Victor Ong Wei Tak is accordingly deemed to be interested in the CIT Units held by Midas Overseas Developments Limited.
